RETURN POLICY
Return & Refund Policy Last Updated: March 2025
At Zen eARTh Studios, we want you to love your purchase. Since our items are original handmade artworks, ceramics, jewelry, and limited-edition pieces, we have a limited return policy to protect the integrity of each creation.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order (for original artwork, prints, or other eligible items).
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity (if provided).
Due to the custom, handmade, and artistic nature of our products (including paintings, gilded works, ceramics, and jewelry), we do not accept returns on:
Custom or commissioned pieces
Personalized items
Final sale items (noted as such at checkout)
Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us within the 14-day window at zenearthstudios@gmail.com or text 808-283-7319 with your order number, photos of the item/packaging, and reason for return.
We will provide instructions and (if approved) a return shipping label or address (our studio is in Kansas City, Missouri).
Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described.
Once received and inspected, we will notify you and process a refund (to original payment method) or exchange within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds cover the item price only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
If approved for return due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damage in transit), we will cover return shipping and refund the full amount including original shipping.
Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/credit card issuer.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or is materially different from the description, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Welcome to Zen eARTh Studios (zenearthstudios.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, purchase of products, and any related services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Use of the Website You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to use the site or make purchases. You agree not to misuse the site, including copying content without permission, interfering with functionality, or using it for unlawful purposes.
2. Products and Orders
All products (paintings, ceramics, jewelry, prints, etc.) are handmade or original works by Tiffany Zen / Zen eARTh Studios. Descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our ability, but slight variations may occur due to handmade processes.
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes/shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Orders are subject to availability. We may cancel or refuse orders for any reason (e.g., fraud suspicion, stock issues).
Title to products passes upon full payment; risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier.
3. Intellectual Property All content on the site (images, text, artwork, designs) is owned by Zen eARTh Studios or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Purchasing a physical item does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
4. Payments and Security Payments are processed securely through our platform provider. You authorize us to charge the selected payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery Shipping times and costs are estimated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs (for international orders). International buyers are responsible for duties/taxes.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zen eARTh Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
